Fallon & Byrne is Dublin’s premier food destination and home to our bustling Foodhall, Wine Cellar, Dining Room and The Exchange. We are seeking enthusiastic Waiting Team Members to join our Event's team to support a variety of events, from weddings, to corporate events and parties. Please note that the majority of these events are held on weekends.

The Person

Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in hotels, events, or a restaurant environment. - Experience with fine dining is a plus!
Proficiency in English Language essential.
A warm and friendly personality - someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.
Impeccable attention to detail and a love for creating a polished and welcoming atmosphere.
Ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish of their event.
Great communication skills - someone who can engage with both guests and the team in a positive manner.
A passion for providing excellent service, particularly in an event environment.
Working hours will vary depending on the event schedule, so flexibility is important - particularly at weekends.

You’re an empathetic leader, with the ability to inspire others
You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach
