Full job description

The responsibilities & competencies required for the role of the Hospitality & Sales Executive with Leopardstown Racecourse are as follows:

Role Purpose/Responsibilities

Monitor Hospitality and Ticketing email sales enquiries to prioritise sales leads and distribute accordingly to relevant Team Members
Liaise with Team Members that sales enquiries have been answered and identify sales leads that need further attention.
Process telephone Hospitality and Ticketing enquiries and customers bookings on the Future Ticketing System.
Process customer invoice requests on the FT system and invoice log. Follow up on payments with the HRI Accounts Depta to ensure the prompt release of tickets.
Ensure all hospitality bookings are correctly recorded on the Google Iclouds booking system to ensure the Levy Team can see all hospitality bookings in real time to ensure prompt Levy hospitality planning and to ensure the various hospitality locations are not overbooked.
Monitor Ticket Stock and advise when stock re-ordering is required.
Ensure that any customer complaints received by email or telephone are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner and ensure the Sales Manager is informed for any follow up action required.
Assist the Team in all areas of hospitality and ticketing race day preparation - Suite Signs
Assist the Team with Race Day customer feedback in the various hospitality locations and assist in post racing customer satisfaction analysis.

Skills & Experience

Experience in a customer facing role with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong experience of Microsoft Office packages coupled with database management skills.

Flexibility in relation to working hours and experience in working as part of a team.

This is a fixed term part time position.
