- Dynamic Delivery: Facilitate and deliver high-impact enterprise onboarding programs, ensuring an exceptional, welcoming experience that sets every new hire on a path to long-term success.
- Hybrid Execution: Lead engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, balancing virtual webinar delivery with high-energy, in-person delivery at our Dublin office hub.
- Participant Engagement: Serve as the primary host and point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey, guiding them through curriculum paths, answering questions, and bringing Salesforce culture to life.
- Cross-Regional Coordination: Coordinate closely with our global delivery teams to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience globally.
25% – Onboarding & L&D Operations Support
- Logistics & Coordination: Support the day-to-day operations and logistics for onboarding and broader Enterprise Learning initiatives (such as skilling and development programs).
- Data & Roster Administration: Manage session scheduling, participant invitations, track completions, and maintain accurate attendance rosters using internal tracking systems and tools.
- Feedback Coordination: Gather evaluation data and survey feedback from learning programs to help the team analyze program effectiveness and track key performance metrics.
- Financial & Vendor Support: Assist with baseline operational tasks, including tracking program expenses, coordinating purchase orders (POs) via Coupa, and supporting vendor coordination.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in learning delivery, facilitation, human resources, or program coordination within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven facilitation skills: Confident and capable of presenting to large audiences, both on-camera (virtually) and on-stage (in-person), with a passion for delivering a premium participant experience.
- Explicit organization: Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple logistical timelines without losing attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy: Experience hosting large-scale meetings on virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack) and comfort navigating internal collaboration and scheduling tools.
- Data comfort: Ability to compile baseline data, manage spreadsheets, and extract insights from participant feedback surveys.
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Slack, and familiarity with enterprise operational platforms (e.g., Coupa, Concur) is a plus.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Adaptability: A flexible mindset with the ability to pivot quickly between live delivery energy and focused administrative tasks.
