We are seeking a highly motivated Surveyor to Associate Director to join our Industrial & Logistics team in Dublin. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will support major development instructions while taking ownership of client projects and contributing to business growth. You will play a key role in delivering leasing advisory services across the Irish market, working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
Act as a key client contact on assigned projects, providing advice and regular updates
Support senior team members on large-scale development projects while managing smaller instructions independently
Contribute to pitches, presentations and business development activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners
Identify new business opportunities and support revenue generation across the team
Assist in delivering transactions, providing market insight and technical input where required
Manage aspects of client accounts including budgets, billing and financial tracking
Work collaboratively across teams to deliver a high-quality, full-service offering
Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Ensure all work is delivered in line with professional standards and company policies
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Commercial awareness and an understanding of the Industrial & Logistics sector
Excellent communication, presentation and report writing abilities
Negotiation and business development skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Collaborative team player with a willingness to mentor others
Degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline
Preferably SCSI qualified or actively working towards qualification
Demonstrable experience within a general practice, advisory or transactional real estate environment
Strong understanding of market dynamics, legislation and industry practices
