We're looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Operative who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves keeping things running smoothly. This role requires movement to work across multiple residential and commercial blocks, completing maintenance works.
Candidates will be responsible for general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment, grounds & carpark.

Responsibilities:
Daily Maintenance Operations - Deliver highquality, handson maintenance across all assigned buildings, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with organisational standards. Demonstrate
strong proficiency in woodwork, general repairs, and practical problemsolving.
Team Communication - Maintain continuous communication with the Group Maintenance Manager and the wider Maintenance Team to coordinate daily activities and priorities.
Preventative Maintenance Reporting - Identify, assess, and escalate preventative maintenance requirements to the Group Maintenance Manager to reduce downtime and protect asset life cycles.
Safety & Compliance Inspections - Inspect and test building systems to ensure safety, functionality, and full compliance with statutory and company standards.
Safety Response - Respond promptly to all buildingrelated safety concerns, taking immediate action to mitigate risks.
Standards Compliance - Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Property Manager Coordination - Work closely with Property Managers to ensure all logged maintenance issues are resolved efficiently, safely, and within agreed timeframes.
Systems Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve issues relating to utilities and building systems, escalating where specialist intervention is required.
Procurement Support - Assist in identifying and specifying appropriate materials, tools, and equipment to support operational needs.
Emergency Response - Attend emergency callouts and respond to urgent situations as required to maintain safety and continuity of service.
Experience Required

Industrial or Commercial experience

Ideally 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
