Full job description

Mechanical Services Site Supervisor job description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure high standards of installation and workmanship.
Monitor service performance and ensure a proactive work structure and that installation work is completed within agreed programmed limits.
Ensure compliance with design and agreed materials.
Ensure that correct procedures are undertaken during testing and commissioning stages
Management and supervision of specialist subcontractors
Awareness for Labour numbers and attendance.
Review Material submittals and construction schedules to ensure construction quality and sustainability.
Take ownership of work scheduling and monitoring
If required, attend client meetings; provide regular updates both to your line managers and internally through the document control system.
To assist Quantity Surveyors / Account Managers when required.
Identify and make available to the Quantity surveyors / Account Manager any additional work outside of contractual requirements
Awareness of QHSE site documentation required.
Ensure that Health & Safety is first and foremost in all work activities.
Assist with QHSE Audits and ensure any actions are completed by their due date.
Develop and maintaining good relationships with site teams.
It is important that you present a professional image with regard to appearance and standards of dress.
Set an example of enthusiasm, loyalty and hard work in the performance of all duties.

Essential Skills / Experience:
Must have previous supervisory experience in overseeing the installation of Mechanical, AC and Ventilation.

Excellent building services knowledge.
Must have good verbal and written skills (English).
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft outlook / word /excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €45,000.00 per year
