We offer a competitive starting salary of €55,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise. .

At Deloitte Digital Dublin, we believe design has the power to change the world. As a Senior Service Designer, you’ll lead transformational projects across the Public and Private Sectors, delivering high-quality service design solutions that create real impact on people’s lives.

This role offers the unique opportunity to mentor junior team members while building deep expertise in service design, working in a collaborative studio environment where your leadership will help shape both client outcomes and the growth of our design practice.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

Service Design Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end service design processes, with proven ability to apply service design principles and methodologies to real-world problems
User-Centered Design Mindset: Passion for human-centered design with demonstrated capability to gather and utilise both quantitative and qualitative user research to inform solutions
Stakeholder & Client Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across all levels, articulate ideas clearly, adapt to different audiences, and translate business and user needs into engaging experiences
Leadership & Mentoring: Proven peer mentoring and knowledge-sharing capability, with the ability to support colleagues’ development effectively while continuously building your own capabilities

What type of work will I be doing?

Design and deliver end-to-end user-centered services with excellence, applying strong understanding of Service Design principles and proven methodologies
Execute service design projects on time and with quality, ensuring maximum impact for service users and stakeholders
Build and maintain strong client relationships, interacting effectively across all levels and offering strategic insights to enhance solution quality and value
Support business development activities, including creating pursuit documents and building client relationships with leadership guidance
Mentor and support junior team members’ development while contributing to the growth of our Service Design practice
Facilitate impactful conversations and meetings with stakeholders that enable open exchange of ideas and drive collaborative problem-solving
Leverage technology trends, AI, and design tools responsibly and ethically to optimise workflows and address business challenges
Analyse data using appropriate tools and methodologies to develop insights that support strategic decision-making
