Now inviting applications for the role of a Full-Time Receptionist/Showroom Host at Frank Keane BMW Naas Road.

Working hours: 40hrs per week between Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm & Saturday 10am - 4pm. Shift pattern is Mon-Thurs + Sat and Mon–Fri.

Your Responsibilities:

To provide and deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer service and ensure the Frank Keane customer experience is outstanding and received by all customers who either visit or come into contact with the Frank Keane Group. In this role, it is imperative that all customers or visitors are greeted promptly, efficiently with warmth and professionalism as this role dictates the atmosphere for the entire showroom.

Reporting to the MINI Brand Manger;

Key tasks include:

Welcoming customers and visitors to the showroom with warmth, in a prompt, efficient and professional manner, providing hospitality as and when required
Retaining ownership of each customer until the Sales, Service, Parts or other departments have dealt with the customer
Answering main switchboard, routing calls, promptly relaying messages, and ensuring that call answering is covered at all times
Encourage rapport building with customers who are waiting and ensure they are not left unattended for long periods of time. (Becoming familiar with our product will help)
Accurately maintaining daily enquiry log. This will involve completing an activity/enquiry log every day which confirms any/all calls, emails and customer visits to the showroom. You will need to ensure that the Sales Department have relayed all/any relevant customer details and then finalise the report at the end of each day, to be handed to the Sales Manager
Ensuring cafe area is clean and stocked at all times, as outlined by Company standards
Reporting issues which affect the smooth running of the Department to the attention of the Supervisor, Sales or Aftersales Manager
Administrative support including data entry, photocopying, compiling reports or information packages, booking couriers

Requirements:

Premium retail customer service experience essential
Flexible with working hours
Professional telephone manner and a passion for service excellence
Confident, cheerful and well presented
Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and work in a structured and ordered manner
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure with an enthusiastic approach
