Role Purpose
Reporting to the Hospitality Sales Manager, the Office Co-ordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Leopardstown Racecourse office and reception.
The role is responsible for delivering a professional front-of-house experience, providing administrative support, and coordinating office operations to ensure an efficient and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House/Office Management

Provide a professional and welcoming reception service on racedays and non-racedays

Greet visitors and handle enquiries promptly and professionally

Operate the switchboard efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times

Manage incoming enquiries and distribute emails to relevant departments

Maintain a well-organised office environment, including stationery and supply management

Coordinate meeting room bookings and diaries

Manage office equipment including printers and postage systems

Oversee lost property processes
Administrative Support

Manage and reconcile petty cash

Coordinate office catering orders

Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases

Support onboarding activities (e.g. access passes, desk setup)
Hospitality & Ticketing Support

Provide administrative and sales support to the Hospitality and Ticketing teams as required

Assist with ticket printing and distribution

Support membership renewals and related events (e.g. yard visits, social evenings)
Event & Raceday Support

Manage raceday ops set up

Assist with administrative preparation for raceday briefings, contractors, and casual staff

Requirements
