Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
Experience with the app marketers and the app ecosystem.
Experience in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in building relationships with internal and external executive-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
Experience with or coaching digital campaign management, particularly in mobile Ads or competing products.
Experience working with very large, complicated businesses and engaging with C-Levels productively.
Ability to own business team operations, including portfolio management, team building, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measurement and execution.
Ability to model and coach behaviors including executive-level engagement, effective questioning, and objection handling.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of account executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values. Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
