Holds a full QQI Level 5 award in Healthcare Support (or equivalent) and has previous homecare experience

Has a full clean driving licence (essential) and is willing to travel; a company car is provided

Has strong verbal and written communication skills

Has excellent reporting skills and attention to detail

Can work under pressure and use initiative confidently

Is honest, flexible, dependable, and personable

About The Role
About the role
At Caremark, you’ll play a vital role in supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes while also guiding and supporting Care and Support Workers in the field. This is meaningful, hands-on work where no two days are the same.
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and senior support responsibilities, including:

Supporting supervisors with introductory visits, spot checks, file audits, surveys, and quality assurance activities

Collecting documentation from client homes and assisting with care reviews and training activities

Responding to emergencies and supporting the on-call phone when required

Supporting clients with daily living, independence, and meaningful activities including companionship, outings, hobbies, and engagement

Personal care support including dressing, bathing, toileting, mobility support, and use of aids and equipment
-
Household support including meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, bed making, and general tidying
-
Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting any changes to the Field Care Supervisor or Care Manager

Promoting independence, dignity, comfort, and overall wellbeing at all times while adhering to Caremark policies and procedures.
This is a permanent position covering the North Dublin area.
Required Criteria

Must have previous experience in Healthcare

Must be living in Dublin North

Must have a clean Full Irish Driving Licence

Must have QQI level 5 award
