We are currently recruiting for a Luggage Porter to join our Front Office Team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests on arrival and wish them a fond farewell on departure.
Assist with the delivery, collection, and storage of guest luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities.
Respond to guest enquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Provide information on local attractions, amenities, and transport options.
Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance and lobby area.
Support the Front Office team with guest arrivals and departures.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Follow all hotel health, safety, and security procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Requirements:

Have previous experience in a 4 or 5* hotel in a Front Office role.
Excellent communication skills.
Full clean drivers licence.
Knowledge of Opera desired but not essential.
The ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
A flexible approach to work hours (shift work required)
Previous Guest Service experience desired.
