We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy back of house teams.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the food preparation process.
Carrying out basic cleaning tasks as fast as possible.
Collecting and washing up pots and pans.
Cleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready.
Unloading equipment and food from deliveries.
Ensuring the storeroom remains organised.
Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised.

The Person

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter
Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable
Excellent attention to detail.
You’re passionate about what you do and bring your authentic self to work everyday
You’re innovative in your approach to your role and not afraid to think outside the box
You’re an empathetic leader, with the ability to inspire others
You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach
You have a high standard of integrity, with sound judgement and a commitment to excellence
You are an excellent relationship builder and focus on building trust and representing Fallon & Byrne
