Account Manager, MSP & Channel

We're scaling toward $100M ARR and beyond, on the back of AI-powered MSP & Channel growth. This is where you drive it.

At CyberSentriq, our partners are the front line of cyber security for thousands of businesses. Your job is to help them win: growing the accounts you own, deepening trust, and putting the right AI-driven security solutions in front of the partners who need them.

The Role

You'll own a portfolio of MSP and channel accounts, and your focus is growth: upsell, cross-sell, and retention. You'll work closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDRs, and Marketing to build account strategies that actually move revenue, not just fill a CRM field.

Day to day, you'll:

Own quarterly and annual revenue targets across your MSP accounts, through upsell and cross-sell
Build trusted relationships with MSP partners that reduce churn and grow retention
Partner with internal teams to plan and execute account strategy
Qualify and introduce AI-driven security and automation solutions that solve real partner problems
Keep your CRM accurate and useful, not just compliant
Use automation tools to streamline your own workflow and free up time for the conversations that matter
Stay sharp on cyber security trends and MSP business models so you can speak to partners as a peer, not a vendor

What Success Looks Like

Three to six months in, you'll have:

A clear view of your accounts' growth potential, backed by real relationships, not just pipeline data
Landed your first upsell or cross-sell wins using our AI-driven solutions
Built a working rhythm with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success that makes account planning faster
A CRM that reflects reality, and that you actually trust

What We're Looking For

Experience in IT channel, MSP, or cyber security sales with a track record of hitting revenue targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfort using a CRM and sales enablement tools as part of your daily workflow
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to solving partner problems
Exposure to AI or automation tools in a sales context

AI-Native at CyberSentriq

This role sits at the center of how we use AI to sell. You'll use AI-powered insights and automation tools to spot opportunities faster and manage your accounts more efficiently, while keeping your own judgment firmly in the loop. We'll support you with training through our Learning Lab, including AI upskilling built for revenue teams.

How You'll Be Measured

Revenue growth and quota attainment
MSP account retention and expansion
CRM accuracy and data hygiene
Engagement with internal stakeholders and execution of account strategy
Adoption of AI and automation tools in the sales cycle
