Description
About Manna
At Manna, we’re changing how the world receives things — by taking delivery to the skies.
Our mission is simple but ambitious: to make high-speed suburban delivery affordable, green, and safe. We design and build our own aviation-grade drones that deliver food, coffee, groceries, and more — directly from local stores and vendors to people’s doors in just a few minutes.
We’re a team that Drive with Impact, are Safety Focused, and knows that the best ideas come from Team Players who show up as their Authentic Selves. We move fast, we are passionate about what we do, and we’re always pushing a growth mindset to be better — in everything we do.
If you want to build world-changing technology with real-world impact (and have a bit of fun while doing it), you’ll love it here.
Welcome to Manna — where we deliver the future.
Role Purpose
The Senior Electronics Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and validation of electronic hardware systems that support the company's products and technology platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role will contribute to the delivery of reliable, high-performance, and manufacturable electronic solutions from concept through to production.
The successful candidate will apply strong electronic design and problem-solving skills across a range of hardware development activities, including schematic design, PCB development, hardware integration, testing, and product improvement. They will support the development of embedded, sensor, power, and wireless communication systems while ensuring designs meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
(The following are desirable but not mandatory)
-
Mixed-signal electronic design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware validation across advanced PCB technologies such as HDI, rigid-flex, flex, and controlled-impedance designs.
-
High-speed digital interface design and integration, including Ethernet, USB, DDR, CAN, I²C, RS-485, and embedded processing platforms.
-
RF system design and integration for GNSS, LTE/5G, WLAN, telemetry, Remote ID, and other wireless communication systems.
-
Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/ESD design, grounding, shielding, impedance control, and RF coexistence.
-
