Role:
TelLab is currently seeking an Experienced Administrator with elements of customer service duties to join our Environmental Department.
Reporting to the Environmental Laboratory Team Lead, this is a vital role involving supporting our team of Service Engineers to ensure smooth journey planning and sample collection as well as liaising with clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.
Shift: 08:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- ·Manage the Service Engineer's journey plan with assistance of Service Engineer Team Lead.
- Track daily variances in journey plan and re-deploy visits.
- Create and maintain databases for the various Service Engineer projects.
- Communicating with the Service Engineer team and customer services team.
- Updating software system to ensure metrics are capable of being captured.
- Creating weekly reports from software system based on reportable metrics.
- Coordinating responses to customers on changes to schedule.
- Ensure all compliance related jobs are allocated to service engineers.
- Provide cover within the Laboratory Admin/Customer Service team.
- Carefully prepare documentation and enter information with a high level of attention to detail.
- Use of LEAN tools to continually improve efficiencies.
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2yrs administrative experience in a similar role.
- Experienced in Excel/Microsoft.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and meet targets.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with CRM Systems/Software.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work with as independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role desirable (not essential).
