Vascular Division Clonmel

Make an Impact as a Project Manager - Engineering
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the performance, quality, and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You’ll take ownership of critical engineering metrics and lead process‑improvement initiatives that enhance Manufacturing Yield, strengthen product quality, and streamline operations through lean methodologies.
As a core member of our operations support team, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Operations, Quality, R&D, Materials, and Purchasing to ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Lead and deliver technical activities that result in new or improved products and processes—supporting current programs, next‑generation initiatives, and long‑term strategic goals.

Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Tackle engineering challenges ranging from routine issues to highly complex problems requiring innovative thinking and breakthrough solutions.

Apply strong engineering principles, theories, and practices to guide decision‑making and problem‑solving.

Understand the broader business landscape, including customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies.

A National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) Level 7 degree (full credits) in a relevant discipline.

4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent blend of education and hands‑on work.

A solid foundation in engineering concepts, practices, and procedures, with a willingness to continue learning.

Ability to apply professional concepts and company policies to solve routine problems.
