We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Night Manager to join our team!

Windward Management is a team of highly experienced hotel operators and investors with a hotel portfolio of approx. 2,000 keys* in Ireland and Continental Europe. Founded in 2007, Windward is a leading hospitality management company, managing and operating hotels on behalf of their owners.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours, ensuring excellent guest service, security, and team supervision at all times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries professionally
Manage the night staff and ensure high service standards are maintained
Handle cashing up, reporting, and end-of-day procedures
Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property
Resolve guest issues efficiently and calmly

Requirements

Previous hotel supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
