As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

We need a technical program manager who can organize, coordinate, and drive a multitude of activities across cross-functional teams and cross-organizational partners so that we can deliver on these products.

Responsibilities

Develop and articulate tactical plans and strategy for projects, managing various programs of work, engaging teams and engineers, and setting the pace for project delivery.
Become a trusted advisor to decision makers, providing insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction. This will enable partnerships allowing Google innovation.
Develop, build, and evolve metrics with reliable supporting datasets to proactively provide visibility into engineering solutions.
Provide quantitative analysis focus, requiring interpretation of technical information from structured and unstructured sources.
