Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design and deliver enterprise low-code solutions for public sector clients in Ireland. You will play a key role in supporting adoption of Microsoft Power Platform technologies while contributing to high-quality, customer-focused delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents) aligned to best practices
-
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
-
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
-
Configure and optimise Microsoft Dataverse models and integrations
-
Ensure quality, governance, and delivery standards are met
-
Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
-
Support adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform
Qualifications
Essential
-
5+ years’ experience delivering Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents)
-
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, data modelling, and integrations
-
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
-
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable

Experience with Dynamics 365
-
Experience using Power Apps Test Studio or similar testing tools
-
Experience with SQL, SharePoint, or other data sources
-
Experience developing Microsoft Teams apps
-
Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD
-
Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Forms)
-
Power BI experience
-
Experience integrating APIs or third-party systems
-
Experience with Azure PaaS / Integration Services
-
Development experience (.NET, C#, TypeScript, SQL Server)
-
UX design exposure
-
Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500)

Salary Range: €76,000 - €90,000
