Regional Manager / Dental Sector
We’re looking for a commercially minded and motivated Regional Manager with experience in the Irish dental sector to join Total Dental Ireland (TDI) to support the performance of dental practices across the Dublin region.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Practice Managers, clinicians, and support teams to help drive strong results, ensure high standards of patient care, and create consistency across practices. You’ll play an important role in supporting teams who understand dentistry, while helping them deliver both excellent patient care and sustainable commercial performance.
About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will:
- Support the day-to-day operational performance of our dental practices across your region
- Help ensure practices meet company policies, procedures, and clinical governance standards
- Use your understanding of dental operations to monitor KPIs such as chair utilisation, diary management, treatment conversion, and revenue performance
- Partner with Practice Managers on budgets, forecasting, and managing costs effectively
- Identify opportunities to grow patient numbers, optimise diaries, and improve treatment uptake
- Coach and develop Practice Managers, helping them build confidence, capability, and accountability
- Carry out regular site visits to support teams, review patient experience, and ensure clinical and operational standards are maintained
- Support the integration of new practices
- Act as a key link between practices and Head Office, ensuring communication is clear and supportive.
This role involves regular travel across the wider Dublin region.
About You
You bring experience from within the Irish dental sector (e.g. Practice Manager, Area/Regional Manager, or similar) and understand the realities of running a dental practice.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of how dental practices operate, including clinical workflows and performance drivers
- Is committed to maintaining high standards of patient care, compliance, and governance
- Enjoys supporting and developing Practice Managers and working closely with clinicians
- Is commercially aware and confident managing performance in areas such as utilisation, revenue, and cost control
- Is comfortable using KPIs and reporting to drive improvement across multiple practices
- Is organised and able to balance competing priorities across a region
- Communicates clearly and builds strong, credible relationships with clinicians and practice teams
- Takes a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.

Pay: €40,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
