Your impact
As Manager, Financial Controllership, you will play a key role in supporting and strengthening the controllership function across OpenText’s EMEA entities. Partnering closely with senior finance leadership, you will contribute to the integrity of financial reporting, lead critical elements of the close process, and support statutory and U.S. GAAP requirements across a diverse and evolving regional landscape. Your work will directly influence financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, while helping to integrate new acquisitions and support business growth across emerging markets.

- Ownership of key elements within the monthly close and financial reporting process across multiple regions

What you need to succeed
- Strong experience in financial controllership, reporting, and close processes within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and local GAAP reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to analyze financial results, identify variances, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Experience supporting audits, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and working with external auditors
- Advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong collaboration skills
