CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 2

PERMANENT FULL-TIME/PART TIME CONTRACT

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, Avista

NORTH TIPPERARY/SOUTH OFFALY

Salary: 62,078 - 78,443* (LSI)

Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

REQ:93821

Essential:

NMBI Registration in the RNID division.
Possess a Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
Full Clean Manual Driving Licence and access to own transport.
Proficiency in the English language.

Desirable:

Have previous experience at CNM1 level/ equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability.
Have at least 5 years post registration nursing experience of which 2 must be within disability.
Have the ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT.
Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and the role of the person in charge.
Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change.
Applicants should possess Level 2 behavioural competencies as set out in the job description.
