We are looking for a full-time or part-time Kitchen Porter to join our production kitchen team in Ballymun, Dublin, preparing fresh food and baked goods for our Coffeeangel shops.
As Kitchen Porter you keep our Ballymun production kitchen clean, safe, and ready for the team to produce excellent bread, pastries, sandwiches, and other food for our cafés. You work early mornings (03:00–11:00) to support breakfast production so all breakfast items are ready to leave the kitchen by 05:00 and cafés can open at 07:00.
What You'll Do

Wash pots, pans, equipment, and dishes quickly and thoroughly.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, equipment, and storage areas to a high standard.
- Unload and store deliveries correctly in the right locations.
- Help with basic food prep (washing vegetables, preparing ingredients).
- Complete cleaning checklists and follow food safety rules (HACCP).
- Help other team members and occasionally help deliver items to cafés.
You Must Be

Reliable and punctual.
- Fast and organised, able to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Able to work independently after training and follow instructions.
- Comfortable with early morning work (03:00 start).
- Able to use basic computer systems (online ordering, temperature logs).
- Physically comfortable standing for the full shift and lifting heavy items.
- Willing to do different tasks as needed (cleaning, basic prep, deliveries, etc.)

- Basic food safety knowledge (we provide training).
- Basic computer literacy (email, online systems).
- Reliable transport to reach Ballymun early mornings.
- Confirmed right to work in Ireland.

- Driving licence (useful for café deliveries).
- Interest in learning more about cooking and working in a production kitchen

The pay range for this role is:
14.15 - 14.40 EUR per hour(KIT - Ballymun)
