Join our Treasury Payments Team as a Payments Administrator, reporting to the Treasury Supervisor. This role will be based in Dublin and will be offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What you can expect

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely payments are made from our Client Asset and Pension Payments Accounts, working as part of a supportive team with a strong focus on control, quality and service.
We’re looking for someone with a proactive, flexible, “can-do” approach and excellent attention to detail, who is comfortable working to daily deadlines in a regulated environment.

We will rely on you to

Issue payments in line with company guidelines, control procedures, and regulatory client asset requirements (client assets and pension payments).
Ensure payments and investments made on behalf of clients are completed accurately and on time, in line with agreed service levels.
Work effectively to strict daily deadlines.
Maintain compliance with internal audit procedures and controls.
Investigate and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
Support the team with other ad hoc duties as required.

High levels of integrity
Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy
Good working knowledge of Excel
Strong communication and organisational skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
Good standard of Education.
