You will lead the charge as a Global Product GTM Lead for our Web Sellside Products (Ad Manager & AdSense), you'll be at the forefront of bringing our Sellside products to market and driving their success with our Publishers. In this role, you will lead the charge by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our Web Sellside products, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will be an advocate for our publishers, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value by deeply understanding their needs and the challenges they face. As the market expert, you will analyse market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to collaborate closely and influence Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product development, incorporate market feedback, and ensure successful product adoption. This includes crafting compelling go-to-market plans that encompass lead generation, sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and customer communication. You will drive global alignment by collaborating with regional and in-country teams to ensure a cohesive global strategy while adapting to local market nuances.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and shape product strategy.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to drive product development, incorporate market feedback, and ensure successful product adoption.
Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans encompassing lead generation, business enablement, marketing campaigns, and customer communication.
Drive global alignment and adapt to local market nuances through collaboration with regional and in-country teams.
Contribute to the overall product goal and roadmap, working alongside product and business leadership to define priorities and drive growth.
