Cavan Crystal Hotel are currently recruiting for a Leisure Attendant to join our award winning team at ZEST leisure club in a full or part- time capacity. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Zest Leisure Centre. To ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded and to ensure the administration of hygiene, service and excellence, both manual and computerised, are carried out to the required standard.

About The Role
The Ideal Candidate will:

Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (certificate must be in date)

Excellent communication/telephone techniques and be computer literate

Enjoy working with the public

Must be a team player/ Fluency in English

Enjoy working in a busy environment and works well under pressure

Excellent customer service and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
The Responsibilities include:

To monitor gym users while on duty to ensure they are using gym equipment correctly.

To take appointments and manage the booking system
-
To assist in the day to day running of administration in the leisure club.

To assist in the daily cleaning of the leisure club

To maintain a safe and comfortable swimming pool area for members and guests.

To help drive and process leisure club membership

This position involves shift work so candidates need to be available to work both evenings and weekends.
