Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation audio experiences. Your responsibilities include:
Working with global, multi-disciplinary teams across hardware, software, and business domains, influencing stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals with respect to Bluetooth
Shape technology and product roadmaps, aligning technology evolution with market needs and long-term business objectives with a special interest in wireless technologies that include Bluetooth, Wifi and UWB
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams (Marketing, Design, Software, Field Applications) and with external partners to deliver complete system solutions.
Architect balanced system trade-offs between performance, power, complexity, and cost to meet demanding design goals
Desired requirement s/Qualifications
Bachelor’s , M aster’s or PhD degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Embedded Firmware/Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Technical Expertise (knowledge and experience )
System Engineering methodologies and HW/SW product development flows, including requirements capture (e.g., Jama), integration, verification, and validation
Mixed-signal audio chains, specifically Analog audio architecture (e.g., ADC, PGA, Class D amplifiers) and performance metrics (e.g., SNR, THD)
Testing and debugging techniques, with proficiency in tools such as oscilloscopes, Bluetooth analysers/sniffers, audio analysers (Audio Precision), and wireless protocol analysers
Delivery of system-level collateral for internal and external stakeholders, including hardware, software, and documentation
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams and influence stakeholders across hardware, software, and business domains
Strong understanding of architectures and system-level trade-offs to balance performance, power, complexity, PCB design and cost
Programming in C, C++, or Python, and familiarity with software development tools and flows (e.g., Git, JIRA, Jenkins)
