This is an exciting role for a commercial superstar seeking to grow their international career. We are looking for a commercially driven and analytics-focused European Export Program Manager to join our team in Dublin. You will play a key role in turbo-boosting eBay’s category strategy through the power of cross-border trade across Europe.

You will support seller internationalization and unlock new growth opportunities across EU markets. Candidates with a commercial perspective and the skill to demonstrate data-driven approaches to invent and implement market strategies will thrive in this role. These strategies drive cross-border growth by matching supply with demand throughout Europe.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you will accomplish:

Convert eBay’s category strategy into practical, data-informed cross-border trade throughout Europe, aligning buyer demand with seller supply in key categories.
Drive the development and execution of the European ProExporter program across key markets.
Recognize growth opportunities by analyzing data and convert insights into practical strategies.
Support sellers in growing internationally, optimizing performance across cross-border trade corridors.

Commercial Performance & Market Insights

Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Build and complete data-driven commercial plans to accelerate seller growth and GMV.
Monitor important metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve impact.

Seller Growth & Enablement

Partner with major EU sellers to support their export journey and improve cross-border performance.
Interface directly with large and strategic sellers when needed, acting as a trusted advisor.
Develop initiatives that improve seller capabilities in international trade.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Analytics, Operations) to drive aligned execution.
Influence internal collaborators and contribute to decision-making through data-backed insights and strong cases.

What you will bring:

Strong focus on data, with the ability to convert insights into effective market strategies.
Solid understanding of export principles and European market dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions at different levels of the organization.
Experience or confidence in engaging with large sellers and external collaborators.
Excellent communication and collaborator management abilities.
Proficiency in English; additional European language is a strong plus.
