We are now inviting applications for the position of Replenishment Transformation Manager to join our Replenishment Supply Chain team in Tramore Road, Cork.
Reporting to the Director of Replenishment, the Replenishment Transformation Manager will lead through a management structure, with direct line management responsibility and broader leadership accountability for the wider replenishment team.
This is a leadership role combining operational leadership, commercial decision-making and transformational change, with responsibility for leading a high-performing team, optimising forecasting and inventory performance, and driving the adoption of data-led, AI-enabled replenishment solutions. Working closely with suppliers, retailers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will be instrumental in delivering superior availability, improved efficiency and sustainable value creation across the supply chain.
Please note this is a 12 month contract.
What you’ll be doing:
The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Lead, develop and build capability across the Replenishment Team, setting the direction for service excellence, accountability and performance.
- Lead Distribution Centre, Store forecasting and replenishment planning.
- Deliver the supply chain strategy through Supplier, Customer and cross-functional engagement and within budget.
- Lead the transition towards AI-enabled replenishment and forecasting capabilities, leveraging advanced analytics and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Identify commercial opportunities to improve availability, reduce cost-to-serve, optimise inventory and enhance retailer service.
- Drive business, process, systems and technology improvements, using data, insight and performance measures to support better decision-making and business performance.
- Influence and partner with stakeholders across all business functions and the wider Supply Chain network.
- Lead the continuous improvement agenda to deliver sustainable cost reduction and value creation opportunities by optimising the flow of goods through the network.
- Provide leadership across the network in the delivery of seasonal and promotional activity, projects and improvements.
What we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will have all or most of the following:
Essential
- A Supply Chain, IT or Business-related qualification, or equivalent senior-level experience.
- Proven people leadership experience, ideally leading through managers or team leaders within a complex supply chain, retail or operational environment.
- Experience shaping or delivering functional strategy, transformation, continuous improvement or operating model change.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making capability, with the ability to use data and insight to drive performance improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across senior, cross-functional and external stakeholder groups
- Strong demand planning, forecasting, replenishment or end-to-end supply chain planning experience.
Desirable
- Experience within a retail/wholesale environment
- Experience of implementing and managing Tier 1 forecasting and replenishment systems
- Strong Power BI and advanced analytics capabilities
- Exposure to AI-enabled Supply Chain solutions
