What You’ll Do as a Personal Assistant

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

Manage complex diary scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting governance for the Director, ensuring priorities are effectively managed and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Proactively oversee the Director's inbox, prioritizing communications, responding where appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions and commitments.
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, reports, briefing documents, and the distribution of information before and after meetings.
Act as a key liaison between the Director, internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the business.
Support leadership initiatives, programme management, and operational activities by coordinating projects, maintaining correspondence, and assisting with decision-making processes.
Manage administrative responsibilities including travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, purchase orders, document management, courier services, and other ad hoc business support activities.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years' experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking capabilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative individual with a positive attitude, strong customer focus, resilience, effective presentation skills, and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
