The internal McKesson Technology team is at the forefront of driving digital transformation, including the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver measurable value across the organisation.
We are seeking aSenior Business Analyst – AI & Automationwho will serve as the critical link between business units and the AI & Automation team. This roleis responsible forengaging with stakeholders across the organisation toidentify, qualify, and shape AI opportunities, translating business needs into actionable use cases. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the AI Transformation Delivery Lead and Technical AI Enablement Lead to ensure use cases move from concept toexecution, andwill play a key roleinvalidatingand communicating value delivery.
This role reports directly to the VP, McKesson Technology – AI & Automation.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology transformation, data, or AI-driven environments.
Experience in developing business cases, including benefit identification, cost estimation, and ROI analysis.
Solid understanding of AI, automation, and analytics concepts, with the ability to assess feasibility and business fit of proposed solutions.
Strong documentation skills, producing clear artefacts including requirements specifications, process maps, and user stories.
