Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Director – Construction PMC (Data Centres) located across Europe.

The Senior Director – Construction PMC (Data Centres) provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for the successful delivery of mission-critical data centre projects and programs. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while meeting client requirements for reliability, resilience, and operational readiness.

Lead and oversee a portfolio of data centre construction projects and PMC services.
Provide strategic direction across project planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Manage executive client relationships and key stakeholder engagement.
Ensure effective project governance, commercial performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee project delivery with a focus on quality, safety, schedule, cost, and operational resilience.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams and promote best practices in mission-critical project delivery.
Support business development, client acquisition, and growth within the data centre sector.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Data Centre experience is essential
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in construction and project management, including leadership of large-scale data centre, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience in MEP-intensive projects, commissioning, and operational readiness.
Strong client-facing, commercial, and stakeholder management experience.
PMP, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
