JOB TITLE: Warehouse Operative

LOCATION: Hevac Cork

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent Full-Time

REPORTING TO: Operations Manager

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team on a permanent full-time basis. The purpose of this role is to work as part of the team to ensure excellent customer service. This is a very hands-on role that requires flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold the Company Values at all times.
Ensure company Health and Safety standards of performance are adhered to at all times.
Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
Operate and maintain a clean and tidy warehouse while keeping a safe and secure working environment.
Provide the highest level of picking standards of customer products.
Preparation of orders for delivery and collection to ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries are checked accurately and that no sub-standard or incorrect goods are received into the warehouse or dispatched to customers.
Ensure that Goods Receiving and Dispatching procedures are followed at all times.
Protect and handle all stock to ensure ZERO damage.
Assist in cycle counting and stock checks.
Reporting any issues with deliveries and collections to the Operations Manager.
Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of at least 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
Manual Handling Certified.
Current Fork Truck Driving Licence.
Candidates must have the right to live and work in Ireland on a permanent basis.
