Are you an experienced Wet Paint Sprayer or Applicator looking for a stable, long-term role with excellent benefits? Join a growing manufacturing team where quality, safety, and attention to detail are valued.

This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial paint experience who wants to work in a professional, well-organised environment with real opportunities to progress.

Key responsibilities:

Applying wet paint finishes to manufactured components.
Operating spray guns and painting equipment to achieve required coating thickness and finish.
Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
Inspecting surfaces before and after painting to ensure high quality standards.
Mixing paints and coatings to specified ratios and maintaining accurate records.
Identifying and correcting paint defects where possible.
Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.
Following all health, safety, and PPE requirements.

Please note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list. To achieve business objectives, other duties may be included at the discretion of the line manager.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

At least 1 years’ experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer or in a similar industrial role.
Experience using spray guns and wet paint application techniques.
Knowledge of surface preparation and coating materials.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to follow work instructions and specifications.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:

Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Ability to read work orders or basic drawings.
Experience maintaining paint mix and quality records.
