Location: Rathcoole, Dublin

Purpose Of The Role:

The charter administrator ill be responsible for supporting the management of road freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL (Less Than Truck Load) shipments for both domestic and international.
Schedule pick-ups and deliveries, liaising with carriers, drivers, and clients to ensure timely transportation.
Prepare, review, and process all required shipping documentation, including:
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or other issues.
Ensure compliance with national and international transportation regulations.
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Support reporting requirements including shipment KPIs, costs, and carrier performance metrics

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL (Less Than Truck Load) transport administration, including domestic and international shipments.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping documentation, and export/import compliance.
Proficient in TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and carrier operations.
