Full job description

To deliver high-quality, evidence-based Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments remotely, supporting employees to achieve safe, comfortable, and productive workstation set-ups. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary ergonomics team, contributing to consistent service delivery while operating with a high degree of autonomy and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote DSE assessments via video conferencing platforms, in line with organisational protocols and current ergonomic best practice.
Evaluate workstation set-up, posture, equipment use, and work patterns using recognised assessment frameworks (for example, HSA DSE guidance and ergonomic risk assessment tools)
Identify risk factors associated with musculoskeletal discomfort, visual fatigue, and prolonged sedentary work.
Provide clear, practical, and evidence-based recommendations tailored to individual user needs and organisational constraints.
Prepare concise, professional reports within agreed timeframes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the team.
Maintain appropriate documentation and records in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Liaise with internal team members, coordinators, and client representatives to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learning, participating in team meetings, and supporting standardisation of assessment approaches.

Working Arrangements

Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
Ability to manage workload independently while meeting agreed deadlines and service levels.
Participation in periodic team meetings, calibration sessions, and training updates.

Essential Criteria:

Qualification in ergonomics, occupational health, physiotherapy, or a related discipline.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience working within healthcare, public sector, or large organisational settings.
Familiarity with standardised assessment tools
Experience delivering large-scale or high-volume DSE assessment programmes.

Competence in using video conferencing tools and digital reporting systems.
Ability to work independently within a structured team environment.

Pay: €1,900.00-€4,500.00 per month
