About Entity
Entity is on a mission to bring console-grade games to players everywhere — instantly, on any device. Just as software, music and film moved from download and own to click and stream, we believe gaming is shifting from Download and Install to Click and Play Now.
Powered by the latest web technologies and built on the open web, Entity is creating a new home for next-gen instant games. For players, a destination to discover and enjoy incredible new titles. For developers, the tools, publishing power, and access to a truly global audience across every connected device.
Founded by industry veterans and entrepreneurs, and backed by leading investors, we’re assembling our core team. Joining Entity at this stage is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of gaming.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative Senior Publishing Producer to manage our portfolio of external game projects and be the primary point of contact for our development partners.
The majority of our initial catalogue is being brought to the Entity platform via porting, and a significant part of this role will involve overseeing those porting engagements, working with specialist external studios, reviewing their project plans, maintaining visibility across each port, and ensuring that risks are surfaced and resolved early. A solid understanding of what porting involves, and the ability to engage credibly with a porting studio’s timeline and technical decisions, is very important.
At the same time, we are a small and growing company, and this role requires broad production experience. Some projects will involve new game development rather than porting, and there will be situations where you need to draw on the full range of your production skills. We are not looking for a narrow specialist, we are looking for a well-rounded producer who is comfortable working across different types of projects and adapting as the needs of the business evolve.
Your job is to be an engaged and trusted partner to the external studios you work with: reviewing plans critically, keeping communication consistent, ensuring Entity is holding up its side of every engagement, and reporting clearly to the team on the health of everything in our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management
- Act as Entity’s primary point of contact for each external development partner across porting and original development projects.
- Build strong, trust based working relationships with partner studios, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Ensure partners have everything they need from Entity. Assets, approvals, technical access, timely feedback — and proactively resolve any blockers on our side.
- Engage with partners at the outset of each project to align on scope, milestones, and ways of working.
Project & Portfolio Oversight
- Maintain clear, realtime visibility across all active projects in the portfolio - status, milestones, risks, and open asks, at all times.
- Review and challenge project plans and timelines produced by external partners, identifying gaps, unrealistic assumptions, or missing dependencies.
- Work collaboratively with partners to shape and refine plans, when required, rather than simply accepting what is presented.
- Track progress against milestones across all projects and proactively flag slippage before it occurs.
- Own the central record of portfolio status, keeping documentation accurate and consistently up to date.
Risk & Reporting
- Identify and escalate risks early, with clear context on potential impact and recommended next steps.
- Prepare and deliver regular, structured portfolio updates to the Senior team that accurately reflects the health of each project and surface anything requiring attention or decision.
- Ensure that issues raised by partners are routed quickly to the right people at Entity and resolved without unnecessary delay.
- Contribute to improving how Entity manages external development relationships as the portfolio and team grow.
Requirements
- At least 5 years solid, hands-on, experience in games production. Delivering complex projects across multiple areas, ideally including external or third party development.
- Meaningful exposure to game porting. Enough to understand the process, engage with a porting studio’s plans, and identify when something deserves closer scrutiny.
- Experience reviewing and stress testing project timelines and milestone plans, whether produced internally or by third parties.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and holding a clear view across all of them simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills. Clear, direct, and able to adapt for technical, creative, and senior audiences.
- Highly organised with a structured, proactive approach to tracking, documentation, and follow through.
- A risk-aware mindset. Looking ahead rather than reacting, and confident escalating issues early.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company where scope and process are still taking shape.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience managing porting projects to web, console, or mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with web technology and how it shapes porting decisions (e.g. WebAssembly, WebGL, browser constraints).
- Experience working with QA pipelines.
- Background in games publishing or platform side production.
- Technical fluency that supports credible conversations with engineering-focused partners.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Notion, Asana, or similar.
