Your Job:

Dealing mainly with Food Beverage telephone calls and e-mails in a friendly manner
Managing Irish Night Online Bookings ensure quality check on existing reservations
Assist other departments such as Restaurant, Front Office with reservation related questions
Follow up on late cancellations and no show bookings
Correct management of reservation documents
Working closely with the revenue manager to ensure the efficient running of the department
Manage Guests' reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
Upsell other areas of the hotel or other properties in the group.
Ensure expectations are set correctly in advance of the guest’s stay.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience in FB department
Computer literacy required
Positive attitude, willing to learn
You will be a real hospitality professional who wants to work their way up.
Excellent cpcustomer service skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Outstanding communication skills.
Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
Experience in a 3/ 4-star hotel is desired but not essential
