iQ Branding Solutions
Job Description
Job Title: Account Project Manager
Department: Operations (whole office)
Reporting to: Director
Location: Dublin (workshop, client sites, occasional national travel)
About iQ Branding Solutions
iQ Branding Solutions designs, makes, and installs signage, wayfinding, and branded environments for hospitality, retail, healthcare, airports, and corporate clients across Ireland. Long-standing client relationships, an in-house studio, production workshop, and installation team mean we control delivery end-to-end. We are an owner-managed, values-led business with a strong reputation built on trusted partnerships, accountability, and quality of craft.
We are also actively building AI-supported workflows into how we run projects and serve clients, so the team can spend more time on judgement, craft, and relationships.
Purpose of the Role
The Account Project Manager owns iQ client projects end-to-end and grows progressively into full ownership of a defined client portfolio. You will deliver live projects with the support of our team and systems from day one, and over time take on account-level relationship leadership as your client knowledge and judgement develop.
This is a role for someone who wants both: the daily craft of running great projects, and the longer trajectory of becoming the trusted lead on a portfolio of accounts.
Main Responsibilities
Project Delivery and Coordination
- Own each project from client brief through to sign-off and close-out.
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate studio, production, installation, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
- Spot bottlenecks early and resolve them before they impact delivery.
- Maintain complete, accurate project records: specifications, approvals, variations, site information, close-out documentation.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned projects, and over time for assigned accounts.
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and professional follow-through.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, surface risks early, drive decisions to closure.
- Lead project meetings, status updates, and decision discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Capture client preferences, project history, and recurring requirements so relationship knowledge sits with iQ.
- Identify follow-on opportunities within assigned accounts where iQ is well placed to deliver, and progress them through to brief and quote.
Commercial and Operational Discipline
- Maintain scope, approval, and change discipline across every project.
- Monitor project margins; flag scope creep or commercial risk early.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and installation partners to agreed standards, pricing, and timelines.
- Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and health and safety standards.
- Systems, Reporting and Administration
- Keep PrintLogic, SharePoint, and related operational systems current and accurate.
- Produce regular project updates: risks, actions, timelines, progress.
- Contribute to operational consistency through structured documentation and process discipline.
Team Collaboration
- Work alongside the Studio, Production, and Installation leads as peers, all reporting to the Director, to deliver each project end-to-end.
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Take ownership of problems and drive practical solutions.
- Support a calm, organised, professional working environment, particularly during busy delivery periods.
How You Will Grow
This is a supported ramp into a portfolio-leading role, with clear milestones:
- First weeks: Onboarding, shadowing live projects, and taking on smaller pieces of work.
- By month 3: Running your own projects end-to-end, supported by iQ's team and systems.
- By month 6: Operating at full project capacity across a mixed project load.
- Months 6 to 12: Progressively layering in account-level relationship leadership for a defined portfolio.
- By month 12: Trusted lead on a defined book of iQ clients.
Person Requirements - Essential Experience and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years' experience in project management, account management, or a hybrid project/account role. Strong candidates with shorter tenure but relevant industry experience and a track record of running projects to completion will also be considered.
- Experience in signage, branded environments, fit-out, exhibitions, events, print production, retail rollout, or a related sector.
- Comfortable coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving clients, suppliers, production, and installation teams.
- Track record of running several projects in parallel without losing the detail.
- Strong project administration discipline: timelines, approvals, documentation, reporting.
- Confident with PrintLogic, SharePoint, or equivalent operational systems; strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
