Working alongside the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving service excellence, supporting and developing our team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a reason to return.
About The Role
As Assistant General Manager, you will be at the heart of the operation.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, lead service from the floor, support the management team, and ensure the highest standards are consistently delivered across all areas of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. One moment you may be welcoming guests, the next coaching team members, managing service, resolving guest queries, reviewing business performance or supporting recruitment and training initiatives.

Supporting rota management and staffing requirements.

Managing cash handling procedures and end-of-day reconciliations.

Monitoring stock levels and supporting ordering processes.

Driving efficiencies while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Supporting the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Taking responsibility for the operation when required.

Ensuring company policies, procedures and standards are upheld.
