Full job description

Sales Support Administrator

We require a Sales Support Administrator, a key role in driving the continued growth and success of the business. Reporting to the operations manager the successful candidate will join a small pivotal team tasked with ensuring Klass Solar have the best-in-class sales support efficiencies to help drive further growth and the enhance customer experience.

This is an ideal position for someone eager to make an impression through continuous improvement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

This person will be a self-starter who is keen to grow their skill sets and experience within a dynamic sales team. The responsibilities of the role are as follow:

Support our wider sales team with day-to-day administrative duties
Phone & Email support for all inbound customer queries
Book site surveys for sales
Generating quotes
Processing Orders
Update product price files and Stay up to date with new products and features
Assist at exhibitions and company run events
Liaise with Technical team to ensure all required Documents are in place and filed.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in a Sales/Administrative Environment.
High level of proficiency in MS Office and ERP System experience(Not Essential)
Highly organised, energetic, enthusiastic person with attention to detail when performing tasks with good communication skills.

time

20 Hours per week / times negotiable

Job Type: Part-time
