Position: Full-Time Hotel Receptionist
Location: Villa Rose Hotel, Ballybofey
Hotel Rating: 4-Star

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? Villa Rose Hotel, a renowned 4-star family-owned property in the heart of Ballybofey, is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.

About The Role

Your Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome. Responsibilities include:

Managing check-in and check-out processes
Handling reservations and guest inquiries
Providing exceptional customer service
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
