SALON MANAGER ROLE PROFILE

Job Title: Salon Manager Reports To: Area Manager/Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Salon Operations: Oversee daily activities, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.

2. Staff Management: Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.

3. Client Experience: Ensure top-tier service, client retention, and satisfaction.

4. Retail & Financial Management: Drive retail sales, manage stock, and ensure cash-handling compliance.

5. Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and exceed performance goals.

6. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and uphold health and safety standards.

Role Purpose

The Salon Manager ensures high-quality client experiences, manages daily salon operations, drives business growth, and leads a skilled team. Responsibilities include client service, retail and stock management, financial oversight, staff development, and operational efficiency, all in line with Peter Mark’s standards.

Performance Expectations

Manage salon operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

Maintain and enhance the Peter Mark brand.

Lead the team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Ensure clients receive high-quality service.

Monitor individual and team performance, providing clear direction and leadership.

Maintain accurate records, manage stock effectively, and uphold cash-handling procedures.

Ensure staff and client health and safety compliance.
