Graduate Building Surveyor
We are seeking to recruit an additional graduate Building Surveyor to work on commercial property portfolios owned/to be acquired/disposed of by our clients.

An excellent range of work across all core building surveying competencies including technical due diligence surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, building refurbishment and construction monitoring.
Good support from the Building Surveying team and the company as a whole
Counsellor/supervisor roles and support provided for APC process

Qualifications and other attributes considered important to the position are:
Level 8 Qualification in Building Surveying/Post Grad Route
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Can-do attitude
Excellent IT (Microsoft Office and Autodesk) and Organisational Skills
Ability to work independently using own initiative
A capability for achieving tight targets and meeting deadlines
Organised task manager who can handle a number of regular deadlines across multiple instructions concurrently
