Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft, prioritizing the well-being of both passengers and staff.
- Prepare and sign accurate load sheets (manual or automated) for each departure.
- Coordinate with multiple departments, including flight crews, catering, cleaning, fuelling, loading teams, engineers, and other service providers, to ensure efficient operations.
- Compile comprehensive flight files post-departure, including all relevant documentation and information.
- Execute instructions from the Station Controller promptly and professionally.
- Maintain constant communication with Station Control to provide real-time updates on flight turnarounds, delays, and other critical information.
- Operate the airbridge safely during both aircraft arrivals and departures.
- Act as a key communication liaison during operational disruptions, coordinating with internal departments as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

The role of Flight Dispatcher is a part-time, temporary contract, featuring a probation period of six months to ensure a good fit for both you and our team. We offer a competitive rate of pay for this role at €14.29 to €14.94 per hour.
While the standard hours of the contract are 20 hours per week, flexibility is essential as you may be required to work additional hours in response to operational needs, including aircraft delays or other disruptions. Shift lengths can vary between 4 and 10 hours, and will include early starts and late finishes, allowing for a dynamic work environment.
