You’ll qualify and respond to inbound leads, prepare quotes, keep the CRM accurate, and make sure the Account Management and Sales Team have what they need to focus on the conversations that matter. The work is detail-oriented and process-driven. It matters because without it, things slow down and opportunities get missed.
If you’re willing and able, the role grows with you. We use AI across the business — in how we build, how we sell, and how we support clients — and you’ll get hands-on experience with those tools from day one. This is where a commercial career starts.

You can hold a busy queue of tasks and know exactly where each one stands. The CRM is accurate because you understand why it matters, not because someone is checking.

COMMERCIALLY AWARE
You notice the opportunity. When a lead comes in, you're not just processing it, you're reading it. You can tell the difference between a tyre-kicker and a genuine prospect, and you know why that distinction matters. You're not closing deals at this stage, but you're thinking like someone who will.
Inbound Management
First response, every time. No lead left waiting.
Respond to and chase inbound leads promptly over email
Qualify inbound enquiries before routing. Assess fit, intent, and scale. Filter out the noise so the Sales Team is only picking up conversations worth having.
Quaify enquiries and route them correctly. Smaller opportunities are handled directly. Larger opportunities are passed to the Sales Team with context.
Schedule intro and discovery calls for the Sales Team, with everything they need prepared in advance
Quoting Sales Support
Accurate, prompt, and ready without being asked.
Prepare and issue quotes accurately, including platform-specific pricing
Support the Sales Team with quoting on larger opportunities where needed
Set up feedback calls and handle the coordination so nothing falls between the cracks
Identify key contacts appearing through observer logins and dashboard moderation, and flag to the relevant team member
CRM Pipeline Admin
The data the team relies on starts with you.
Keep CRM records accurate and current — activity logged, stages updated, contacts maintained
Nurture existing and lapsed leads over email to keep them warm and progressing
Re-engage contacts already in the system and move them toward a next step
Early SDR or sales development experience is a strong advantage — SaaS or research/insights background a plus, but not required
Excellent written communication — clear, professional, and client-ready
Strong attention to detail, particularly across quotes, CRM records, and outbound correspondence
Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and the Google or Microsoft suite
Able to manage a busy task queue without losing track of the detail
Familiarity with the Market Research / UX research industry is an advantage
Comfortable with AI tools, or genuinely keen to learn — this is a business that will invest in that
Commercial role, operational backbone.
This is a commercial role with an operational backbone. You'll be in the mix on live pipeline from day one, qualifying leads, progressing opportunities, and supporting deals that matter. The admin exists and it matters, but it's the floor, not the ceiling.
AI from day one.
We use AI across the business — in how we build, sell, and support clients. You’ll work with these tools as part of your day job, not as an afterthought. For someone early in their career, that experience is worth something.
Close to the action.
You'll sit alongside a sales team working on live pipeline with global clients. You'll see how deals are structured, how clients are handled, and how a SaaS business scales commercially. Most people at this career stage don't get that view. The skills you build here, commercial judgement, client communication, pipeline management, are transferable and in demand.

At Indeemo we recognise the evolution that has taken place when it comes to hybrid working. Our hope is to achieve a balance between working in the office and from home that makes sense - to achieve flexibility while maximising communication, collaboration, creativity and productivity and preserving our company’s amazing culture.
Your first 3 months in the role, you will be required to be on-site at our offices in Blackpool 4 days per week - Monday to Thursday. Once you have completed 3 months with the team, you will have the option to scale back to 3 days per week on-site.
