The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Facility & Admin Professional with previous experience in the facilities area. You will have a keen interest in developing a career in the area of facilities management.
You will help operate the running of a large campus of about 17 acres with over 850 employees.
This is a role which requires daily attendance in the office.

Your responsibilities:

Assist with the smooth operation of the TCS Letterkenny Global delivery Centre.
Manage events such as town halls and other facility gatherings.
Upskill in AI and support driving improvements through the use of AI in Facilities Mgmt.
Liaise with external agencies directly involving facility operation.
Monitoring and maintain the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
Assist in the maintenance of all building engineering equipment.
Document maintenance and participation in Audits.
Help ensure the building’s layout and space is used to its full potential.
Manage inventory and check stock.
Promote energy and sustainability initiatives within campus.
Ensure all local regulations are adhered to on campus.
Learn about managing facilities budgets, submitting Purchase Order requests and track adherence to budgets.
Relationship management with all facilities and admin related vendors.
Foster a good listening and response mechanism for employees on all facility and workplace issues.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Proven experience in the area of facilities management / relevant experience and distinct interest in moving into the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors, and team members.
Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to successfully adapt to changing priorities, demands, and requests.

Desirable:

Holding Engineering Diploma or a Graduate an advantage.
