We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service through our customer centric mentality that prioritises efficiency and accuracy. Our Sales and Marketing operations are at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for a results orientated, commercially minded Marketing Lead to lead a team of well-established and experienced colleagues towards building maximum brand awareness, driving footfall to our retail locations, and delivering profitable growth across ecommerce and trade channels.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking to recruit a strategic, data driven and innovative Marketing Lead to lead a Marketing team, consisting of three multidisciplinary colleagues. As our new Marketing Lead you will act as the guardian of our brand identity ensuring a consistent and high quality brand experience for users across all touchpoints. You will drive the implementation of our marketing strategy while collaborating with key stakeholders from our Sales, IT and Purchasing teams with the objective of elevating our brand visibility and boosting sales across our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Awareness

· Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and further grow the Homecare Medical brand across Ireland.

· Ensure consistent messaging across retail, digital, clinical, and trade channels.

· Position the company as a trusted provider in the healthcare and medical aids sector.

B2C Retail Marketing (Omnichannel)

· Drive revenue growth across ecommerce and physical retail stores.

· Develop campaigns to increase footfall, local awareness, and in-store conversion.

· Optimise the customer journey across online and in-store touchpoints, with a strong focus on customer experience.

B2B & Trade Marketing

· Support marketing for established B2B channels, including Public and Private Residential Care, and other trade customers.

· Develop initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty within an existing healthcare customer base.

· Collaborate with sales and contract teams to deliver targeted, compliant marketing campaigns.

Digital & Ecommerce

· Oversee ecommerce performance including traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.

· Guide digital strategy across SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media.

· Work with the Ecommerce Manager and Digital Marketing Executive to execute campaigns and optimise performance.

Industry Insight & Strategic Marketing

· Provide marketing leadership informed by healthcare industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitor activity

· Identify growth opportunities within mobility aids, continence care, and high-value medical equipment

· Support product launches and category growth initiatives

Print, Retail & Campaign Production

· Manage production of print materials including brochures, catalogues, and in-store POS

· Ensure strong alignment between retail, print, and digital campaigns

· Support visual merchandising and in-store promotional activity

Team Leadership

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 marketing professionals.

· Set clear KPIs aligned to revenue, and sales division objectives.

· Foster a collaborative, accountable, and commercially focused team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience: Demonstratable track record in a marketing leadership or senior marketing role, within a similar industry i.e. (healthcare/medical device/pharmacy) would be preferred.

Experience managing and developing teams - Minimum 2-3 years.

· Technical Skills:Shopify platform experience/proficiency is desirable.

Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing across B2C and B2B.

· Leadership:Commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and maximising ROI.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

· Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce or related field is strongly preferred.
