This will include the electrical aspects of the project and the associated control panels and automation systems. Compile monthly project progress reports.

Manage cashflow on projects and work with the Contracts Manager/ Commercial Manager to ensure interim payment applications are submitted on-time to the client.

Prepare bills of quantities, raise requisitions, plan material deliveries, receive and release to the site works. Prepare snags and control snag list execution.

Monitor maintenance projects and shutdown activities to ensure completion within agreed timelines and budgets. Health & Safety training/certification desirable.

Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations, health and safety requirements, and company procedures. Smart home and energy management systems.
